The ideal candidate shall have experience in real estate transactions, executive administration, construction permit application process and interaction with regulatory agencies (City/County, SJRWMD, FDEP, FDOT) associated with civil engineering plans (paving, grading, drainage, utilities) and site land development industry. The candidate shall be responsible for organization of projects (both digital and paper), processing of permit applications, preparation of response to contractor and agency requests for additional information. The Permit Coordinator will provide the backbone of project scheduling and approval efforts and will coordinate directly with the principal civil engineer in charge for proper allocation of company resources to ensure timely completion of all activities and deliverables during the various stages of multidisciplinary design projects.
