Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Equipment Technician), you'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining food processing & packaging equipment, performing building repair and maintenance, installing and adjusting machinery, troubleshooting defective equipment, and performing routine preventative maintenance. You will also respond to work order requests promptly, adhere to all safety policies and procedures, assist with general mechanical and building maintenance, and assemble items as needed.

- Experience in welding, forklift operation, and light construction.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC and electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and Conveyor Systems.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
