- Manage time efficiently to meet inspection deadlines.
-A background in construction, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
-Previous experience in field investigations, home inspection or a related field is often preferred.

- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills to address client inquiries and concerns.
