- Monitor email boxes for incoming claims correspondence
- Assists in administering claims information, including creating the electronic files and entering claims data.
- Communicate with agents, adjusters and customers to obtain information to update claim system
- Opens, sorts, and scans daily mail received. Mail out daily claim checks.
- Drops Claims Reports and Correspondences into the Electronic Claim file and tasks to the appropriate in house adjuster for review
- Work as a Team Player to assist where needed in the Claims Department
We are looking for people with:- At least one year experience in an office environment
- Proper phone etiquette
- Ability to stay calm when dealing with an unpleasant caller or situation.
- Computer experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
