Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Claims Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and word processing

Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in word processing software and other office applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
