Applicants must have good problem-solving skills and experience with automotive mechanics, preferably knowledge of internal engine components. High School Diploma or GED required.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, inspecting, testing, documenting, and communicating with customers about returned products. Applicants must be organized, able to write and understand technical subject matter, able to use Microsoft Office programs, and can use basic hand tools.
