Mountain West Farm Bureau is seeking a full-time In-House Claims Representative to join our team to undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to handle insurance claims including investigating, analyzing, and settling claims by determining the extent of liability for personal, casualty or property loss/damages. The In-House Claims Representative serves as an internal liaison between policyholders, internal departments, and external stakeholders to process and resolve claims accurately. This full-time position is located at our home office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week. You can expect a competitive wage of $3,941.67 per month .

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN IN-HOUSE CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE

• High school degree or GED.
• Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to obtain a state adjuster’s license.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to claim sites as required.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
