Claims Clerk, Sr. jobs in Salem, OR

Currently seeking a Claims Representative to join the team at a medical company in downtown Portland.

Job Description:

• Performs quality assurance review of reports, correspondences, addendums for medical review cases
• Verify document accuracy including physician information, patient demographics, insurance policy information, and denial details prior to sending appeal to review team
• Perform repetitive data entry and verification tasks
• Call and email correspondence with insurance companies and physician offices for missing/incomplete information

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 years of recent experience working with medical insurance claims
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
