PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

The Claims Specialist will monitor, and assist Select and Personal Lines clients with claims reporting and resolve client issues during the claims process.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma required

• Strong work ethic

• Dependable

• Effective interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong sense of urgency in getting issues resolved

• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist clients in reporting claims

• Resolve claim problems as they arise

• Keep account managers informed of important monuments

• Other duties as assigned
