We provide fresh produce category management services including procurement, national distribution, information services and food safety assurance to food service clients across North America, the Caribbean and beyond. Produce Alliance manages and alliance of 50 independently owned specialty distributors of fresh products. Each distributor is carefully selected and commits to full compliance with our audited distribution, purchasing, and category management programs designed for client success. This position is based out of our office located in Salinas, CA. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

Your impact:

• Doing Trouble Reports/Claims
• Making sure files are marked correctly for troubles
• Keeping a detailed list of all trouble reports for the buyer/buyers they assist
• Following up and making sure troubles are settled in a timely manner
• Entering troubles into the system
• Making sure the troubles are resolved and closed out in the system
• Putting the Troubles/Claims in the attachments and shipping the files accordingly
• Making sure Troubles/Claims are done in the correct format

About you:

• Working knowledge of computers
• Detail oriented
• Organized
• Able to manage deadlines and priorities
• Previous experience would be ideal but is not necessary
