CIS Claim Services is seeking a 1099 Field Claims Adjuster to complete service work assignments in your area. Services to provide include, but are not limited to, investigating and evaluating damages relating to cause of loss, communication with an insured within 24 hours of assignment to schedule an onsite appointment within the insurance carrier guidelines, and completing detailed documents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Independent Claims Adjuster’s license in the state(s) that claims will be assigned

· At least 2 years Property Field Claims Adjuster experience

· Xactimate proficiency and current XactNet address

· Be able to pass a background check

· Good communication with insured and DA

· Ability to scope/measure a roof

· Must be willing and able to climb all roofs

· Time management skills required due to specific cycle times required by insurance carriers

Hours required: Flexible Schedule with ability to communicate with an insured within 24 hours of the assignment being assigned and schedule an onsite appointment within insurance carrier guidelines.

Compensation/Service Fees: Contracted percentage of the insurance carrier’s fee schedule based on the amount of the loss. Mileage over 50 miles is paid at $0.65 per mile.

Unlike other companies who pay the adjuster only after they are paid, CIS Claim Services Adjusters are paid for services according to when the adjuster submits a successful final report.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
