Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties for Public Adjusting Firm.

- Document the condition of various components of the property, noting any defects, damage, or areas of concern.

- Take photographs and maintain detailed records for inclusion in inspection reports.

- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining the inspection process and findings.

- Answer client questions and address concerns regarding the property.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity during interactions with clients, other insurance professionals and contractors.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and advancements in home construction and technology.

- Pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

- Manage time efficiently to meet inspection deadlines.

-A background in construction, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.

-Previous experience in field investigations, home inspection or a related field is often preferred.

-Strong observational skills and attention to detail to identify potential issues.

- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Excellent customer service skills to address client inquiries and concerns.
