Responsibilities

• Must demonstrate and model Zolman Restoration’s core values
• Process incoming lead calls and forward information for deployment
• Setup leads in DASH
• Setup jobs in Vista
• Issue all subcontracts and change orders to trade partners as requested by Project Managers
• Collect all signed subcontracts, upload to Vista, and track outstanding items
• Monitor all DASH and program compliance to ensure team members are completing required tasks timely
• Compile weekly measurable statistics and generate reporting for Director of Mitigation
• Daily DASH Compliance Maintenance
• Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of office
• Coordinate meetings and lunches as requested
• Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate parties
• Participate in Admin On-Call rotation for incoming new leads after hours and weekends.
• Greet all visitors and assist as needed
• Contact all clients, daily, to confirm scheduling and obtain project feedback.
• Maintain daily route schedule in DASH and coordinate schedule as needed.
• Coordinate labor assignments with Project Managers and clients.
• Complete file reviews weekly and keep department leadership updated.
• Stock and assemble project related folders and marketing
