Interstate is seeking a detail-oriented, analytically minded Manager, Claims to join our Claims team! The Manager, Claims will manage, supervise, and coordinate activities of the department to provide reasonable claims adjudication in compliance with all laws, regulations, and contractual commitments. The Manager, Claims will supervise 6-8 direct reports at a time.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of claims analyst experience, 2 years of which must be in a management capacity.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Must have experience working with and creating KPI metrics, objectives, and necessary assignments to push to settle claims in a timely manner.
• Must have great presentation skills and be able to showcase the department's stats to senior executives.
• Must have supervisory experience, managing teams between 6-8 individuals.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
