Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Butcher/Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess expertise in meat cutting and food safety practices.

Duties:

- Prepare, cut, and trim meat products according to customer specifications
- Operate and maintain cutting tools and equipment, such as knives and slicers
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all stages of preparation
- Collaborate with staff to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience preferred (NOT REQUIRED, WILL TRAIN)
- Knowledge of knife techniques and meat cutting practices preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
