Qualifications and Requirements:
· Independent Claims Adjuster’s license in the state(s) that claims will be assigned
· At least 2 years Property Field Claims Adjuster experience
· Xactimate proficiency and current XactNet address
· Be able to pass a background check
· Good communication with insured and DA
· Ability to scope/measure a roof
· Must be willing and able to climb all roofs
· Time management skills required due to specific cycle times required by insurance carriers
Hours required: Flexible Schedule with ability to communicate with an insured within 24 hours of the assignment being assigned and schedule an onsite appointment within insurance carrier guidelines.
Compensation/Service Fees: Contracted percentage of the insurance carrier’s fee schedule based on the amount of the loss. Mileage over 50 miles is paid at $0.65 per mile.
