Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Print Technician to join our team. As a Print Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various printing equipment to produce high-quality decorative and/or compliant labels for cannabis products. This is a full-time position located at our facility in Kalkaska.

Duties:

- Operate and maintain printing equipment

- Set up and adjust printing machines according to job specifications

- Ensure quality control throughout the printing process

- Monitor print runs to ensure consistent print quality and make adjustments as needed

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment

- Tracking and reporting inventory levels

- Providing great communication between internal departments & manufacture support teams.

- Continuous improvements within the print department.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Print Technician or similar role

- Strong knowledge of digital printing techniques, printers, and processes

- Proficiency in color management and setup

- Proficiency with layout design, typography, and graphic design principles

- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator

- Detail-oriented and organization is a must

- Experience with Metrc is a plus.

- Experience with Label Live is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
