Location: Thermcraft, Winston-Salem, NC/ Remote/Hybrid
Essential Functions:
• Prepare material estimates and cost projections for products.
• Carry out timely routine follow-ups on quotations.
• Liaise directly with customers on progress and to resolve any technical queries.
• Conduct technical presentations to describe how Thermcraft's products align with customer applications.
• Collaborate with customers and Engineers to ensure equipment meets system requirements.
• Communicate closely with the sales team to comprehend customer demands and provide necessary sales support.
• Build strong customer rapport and foster product acceptance.
• Strategize modifications to products to align with consumer demands.
• Assist clients in resolving issues related to product usage.
• Recommend new and improved products to customers, emphasizing cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct quoting and estimating for customer projects.
• Interface effectively with internal engineering teams.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.
• Occasional overnight travel, approximately 10%.
