    We are looking for a Data and Claims Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting our Consumer Goods team. This is a role that will work with our amazing team, in the CPG space and business stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration.


    Here’s how:

    • Continue to advance their understanding of and become proficient within the food service industry as well as the use of various TELUS Toolsets.
    • Maintain all aspects of the trade sales enablement platform, including providing trade/claims processing support and guidance for clients and fellow team members.
    • Participate in customer trade claim demos and assist with training and knowledge sharing for the junior level team members on complex claims issues.
    • Troubleshoot and address issues as they relate to the trade spend agreements and/or auditing, reconciliation of customer claims.
    • Process manual and electronic claims from customers seeking reimbursements.
    • Exercise great care and attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of claims.
    • Communicate professionally to customers and trading partners to resolve claims.
    • Have an understanding and become proficient in the food industry as well as the use of various TELUS Sales Enablement toolsets and databases.
    • Assist with maintenance of the 1FS operator and distributor database, using the mapping queue to align records with the family tree to match with common industry segments/information and framework.
    • Assist with the development, maintenance, and use of the Repeatable Best Practice Process documents (RBP’s).
    • Contribute ideas/facilitate ways for continuous improvements and efficiencies of software/services for the betterment of the toolset/customer.
    • Microsoft Office experience is required, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and electronic data manipulation is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
    • Develop/maintain great relationships with the TELUS MDM Team.
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

    What you bring to this role

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing trade sales enablement platforms.
      • Extensive experience in providing support for trade and claims processing, including electronic and manual claims and reimbursements.
      • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Previous experience conducting customer trade claims demonstrations.
    • Proven track record of training and mentoring junior team members.
    • Skilled in troubleshooting issues related to trade spend agreements and auditing customer claims.
    • Meticulous attention to detail throughout the claims process.
    • Effective communication with customers, trading partners, and internal teams.
    • Previous involvement in conducting weekly training sessions and maintaining documents to meet evolving customer expectations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and adeptness in electronic data manipulation.
    • Experience handling various mathematical calculations to be able to research, test and/or validate data and address claim data questions/issues.
    • Background in the food industry.

    The US base salary range for this position is $56k - $66k USD. This position may be eligible for a 6% performance-based BONUS. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
