POSITION OVERVIEW
Custodian and building maintence team members are responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees and clients.
This position cleans the contact center floor, restrooms and offices as well as ensuring basic building maintenence. Custodians are responsible for project cleaning and any other employee identified needs.
The ultimate responsibility of custodians is to ensure that employees and clients are impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to being an all-around asset to the team, custodians are responsible fora positive employee and client experience by ensuring that facilities are clean, organized and maintained.
In this role you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and building maintenance tasks that involve use of hazardous chemicals and heavy lifting.
Some specific responsibilities include :

This job will require : bending, stooping, reaching, standing, lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive tasks.
Janitors must be able to lift and handle objects weighing 50lbs or more in a safe manner (repeatedly) as well as standing (in place or moving) up to 100% of their shift.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
