    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apparel IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wholesale apparel industry, coupled with expertise in managing IT projects, particularly those involving Blue Cherry ERP and Microsoft Power BI. The role will involve overseeing various IT initiatives aimed at optimizing operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving business growth within the apparel sector.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting of project objectives. Projects may include system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
    2. Wholesale Apparel Experience: Leverage deep understanding and knowledge of the wholesale apparel industry to effectively translate business requirements into IT solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and industry best practices.
    3. BlueCherry ERP Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Blue Cherry ERP. Oversee system configuration, customization, maintenance, and user support. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP functionality and streamline business processes.
    4. Microsoft Power BI Implementation and Analysis: Drive the implementation and utilization of Microsoft Power BI for data visualization, analytics, and reporting purposes. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support informed decision-making and business intelligence needs.
    5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
    6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with IT projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery and business operations.
    7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools. Create documentation and resources to facilitate user adoption and maximize the value of IT investments.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience (5 years) as an IT Project Manager in the wholesale apparel industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of Blue Cherry ERP system, including administration, configuration, and customization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization, analytics, and reporting.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Experience in risk management, change management, and user training.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP certification) preferred.
