Warehouse Supervisor – Spiritwood, ND

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, and securing the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse and daily activities.

• Manage, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

• Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.

• Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

• Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to train new hires.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.

• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Maximo/SAP skills preferred.

• Maintenance/Warehouse skills preferred.
