    Old Republic Risk Management (ORRM) is currently seeking a Compliance Processing Supervisor to join its Statistical Teamat its company headquarters inBrookfield, WI.In general, the Compliance Processing Supervisor provides supervision of the Coding and Unit Statistical departments to ensure timely and accurate statistical coding and compliance with the rules of the Insurance Services Office (ISO), National Council ofCompensation Insurance (NCCI), and independent bureaus.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise direct reports, and make recommendations for performance management and disciplinary action. Train subordinates to achieve goals. In addition, contribute to the new employee selection process.
    • Ensure proper policies and procedures are in place to meet departmental objectives. Assist with creating and maintaining documentation and training materials.
    • Interpret statical reporting requirements of various states, bureaus, and organizations.
    • Analyze and resolve both statistical and system-related problems Identify areas of needed improvement and enhancements.
    • Provide customer service to both internal and external customers by resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in the creation and revision of metrics to evaluate department performance.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    This position requires a High School diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of three years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience.

    Working as a Compliance Processing Supervisor requires one to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products is necessary.Other skills necessary include excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and accurate proofreading skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of office equipment.

    PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
    This position requires one to sit for extended periods and stand and/or walk occasionally. The position requires one to occasionally push, pull, carry, and/or lift to 10 pounds. No personal protective equipment is required. Ergonomic equipment is available to employees.
