Position Highlights:
Job Summary
Responsible to monitor the workflow and productivity of the Central Processing staff members. Ensures that patient care products are decontaminated, assembled and sterilized, according to Infection Control and Quality Assurance parameters.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Taking scheduled “On Call” shifts during off hours to maintain process flow in times of high volumes and assist with equipment issues.
