Position Title: Paint Processing Supervisor - 2nd shift
Department: Operations
Supervisor: Director of Operations
Location: New Berlin
Salary: $55,475 - $69,355
*2nd shift works 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM, Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the Paintmaking department’s operations and ensure that tasks are completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Supervise and train department personnel to ensure compliance with established procedures, as well as ensuring the use of SOP’s and tracking performance metrics and goals that foster productivity and continuous improvements. Incumbent will also perform administrative requirements, such as work order review and corrections, completing necessary forms and reports, perform process audits, etc.
