Pulpmill Services is a full service fabrication and machine shop located in Northeast Louisiana that specializes in custom high-allow fabrication for the pulp and paper, chemical, and many other industries.
Skills Needed:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and similar programs
· 5 years of quality assurance/quality control experience

Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain all quality records as necessary for compliance with customer needs
· Develop and maintain welding certification database
· Review and markup drawings for QC checkpoints
· Assist in development and certification of weld processes
· Physically inspect welds, measurements, tolerances, finishes, etc as necessary
· Develop inspection reports for customers
· Assist in QA meetings with customers
· Other duties as required

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
· Certified Welding Inspector
· Knowledgeable in AWS D1.1/D1.6
· 10 years of quality assurance/quality control experience
· Very organized and able to maintain a large volume of records
Other information related to role:
· Typical work week with be M-F approx 40-50 hrs per week
· Duties outside of typical work hours will be necessary on occasion
