They will be responsible for all aspects of Quality for multiple manufacturing facilities, including systems (Management System) and results (delivered quality measured in ppm and financial impact) through ensuring appropriate and functioning system of checks and balances that facilitate operations. The Director of Quality is the Business Unit (BU) lead for customer interface with Aero and IGT customers, and leads customer interface activities for communication, particularly quality system, technical issues, continual improvement, corrective action, and, when necessary, containment. Position location is flexible but subject to the discretion of the HES Vice President of Quality.
