Claims Quality Audit Director jobs in Savannah, GA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed reports for accurate communication of field quality status (Before sales, 3M, 12M, 36M, WM, CPU, and DPU) for management.

• Respond promptly to data requests from supporting departments and cross-functional teams to expedite quality improvement activities.

• Inform the responsible Improvement Specialist & AM of emerging quality issues based on detailed warranty claim analysis and follow-up on improvement.

• Coordinate and update improvement database to document improvement activities, implementation dates, and current status of quality issues.

• Manage HMGMA Safety Quality-Voice of Customer (SQ-VOC) performance, including department training, tracking, and regular status updates to management.

• Analyze field claim data & recall/campaign issue and make necessary input/actions.

• Make EWR (Early Warning Report) for launched models to report.

• Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Qualifications & Preferences

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Science, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred

Preferred:

• 0-5 years of job-related experience preferred

• 1–3 years job related experience in automotive industry desired

Travel Requirement

• Domestic / International travel may be required.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
