The Director of Digital Health leads the development and implementation of Quality Insights digital health solutions, creating pathways to accelerate the application of digital health solutions in all projects and programs so that more health workers are able to perform optimally in their jobs. The Director of Digital Health is responsible for leading and directing the operational, financial, programmatic, and personnel activities of the digital health department. Digital health encompasses the patient and clinician experiences related to virtual care, including digital front door, virtual care visits, telehealth clinicians and remote patient monitoring technologies. The Director of Digital Health is responsible for the operational support for digital health initiatives. The Director participates and leads large-scale strategic digital health initiatives and programs to assist the organization.

Master’s Degree and 10 years of experience in Digital Health, Informatics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, Epidemiology, and direct NGO Programs experience all preferably in a public health environment.
