Claims Quality Audit Supervisor supervises and coordinates daily activities of claims quality auditors. Provides assistance in developing claims audit policies and procedures. Being a Claims Quality Audit Supervisor solves day-to-day problems and monitors the results of daily staff activities, reports critical issues and problems to the management. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Claims Quality Audit Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Claims Quality Audit Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. The Position: We’re looking for a Quality Control Supervisor. We offer great medical/dental/vision insurance along with 401k.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory role with the ability provide daily guidance to QC Inspectors.
- Strong communication skills and support Production management to get the steel out with high quality, on-time.
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector preferred.
- NDT Level II certifications in Ultrasonic testing and Magnetic Particle testing a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Managing daily activities of QC Inspectors.
- Performing dimensional and required welding inspections.
- Integral part of external audits for compliance with contract and AISC specifications.
The Location: The W&W|AFCO Steel plant is located in Van Buren, AR.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
