Position Summary
Quality Mart Area Supervisors are responsible for the oversight of QM stores and their managers within their district. This person is responsible for the interviewing, hiring, and training of all store managers. The area supervisor is responsible for performing monthly audits, protecting company assets, providing guidance and assistance to managers to meet monthly sales goals, and ensuring compliance of all company policies and governmental requirements.
