Selects claims through random processes and/or other criteria. Being a Claims Quality Auditor makes recommendations to improve quality, workflow processes, policies and procedures. Typically requires an associate degree. Additionally, Claims Quality Auditor typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. The Claims Quality Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The Underwriter will work closely with a team of underwriters to review personal injury cases for pre-settlement litigation funding nationwide, with a heavy emphasis in NY. All personal injury case types are reviewed with emphasis on motor vehicle accidents, labor law, premises liability and civil rights cases. This is a salary-based position with annual bonus potential and full company benefits.
You MUST HAVE PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE to be considered for this role.
