Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations
• Conduct meticulous reviews of financial records and documents to identify all potential tax deductions and credits
• Verify the accuracy of clients' financial information and records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients to answer questions, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure up-to-date knowledge and adherence to all requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tax processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and related tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High level of integrity and commitment to client confidentiality
• PTIN Assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
