Selects claims through random processes and/or other criteria. Being a Claims Quality Auditor makes recommendations to improve quality, workflow processes, policies and procedures. Typically requires an associate degree. Additionally, Claims Quality Auditor typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. The Claims Quality Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Proficient in front desk operations and hotel management software systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
