Duties:
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, preparing daily reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and familiarity with hotel property management systems
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions in a friendly and professional manner
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may be necessary to communicate with guests from different backgrounds
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as required by the hotel's operational needs
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and guest account reconciliation
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address guest inquiries or complaints
