SUMMARY
The available position is for the overnight/graveyard shift. The Front Desk Agent Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel, verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges, as well as assisting with all aspects of guest services. Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking guests in and out; taking hotel reservations; verifying guests’ registration information and collecting any further information required, such as identification and period of stay and take cash and/or process credit cards as well as provide services in a gracious and professional manner.
