The Director of Claims oversees our Claims department in their work to uphold the highest level of customer service for TTMT clients, via communication, precision, and timeliness. This position coordinates closely between multiple departments to successfully process claims while staying educated on the continuously changing world of insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitors and maintains that client files are handled efficiently, accurately, and with quality workmanship.
• Supervises and coaches a diverse team of coordinators and team leads while encouraging a positive and supportive network of interdependence within the department.
• Offers coaching and guidance that consistently demonstrates high expectations with elevated executive presence and professionalism.
• Ensure department goals are met so we can continue offering one of the highest clean claims rates in the industry.
