Our client has been in the insurance industry since 1905, conducting business in all 50 states and Puerto Rico and they are looking to expand their League City location by adding Customer Service representatives to join their team.As a Claims representative, you will:
- Support immediate requests of all incoming phone calls from policyholders, Company representatives, providers of medical services and other interested parties that require assistance or have questions about the company's health insurance products.
- Be able to read and give information about that policy holders claims
- Able to help explain the contract
Requirements:- Must have a Health background with claims
- Work experience in call center and/or customer-focused positions preferred.
- Bi-lingual skills preferred but no required
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a long-term temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent placement.The position pays $18.00 to 19.00 an hour.The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.Excellent benefits available through the company once a permanent position is offered.If you are interested and qualified for this position, please APPLY NOW - 14 Days Ago
