As a part of our sales team, you will:

• Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process where applicable, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims
• Close leads provided, upselling or cross selling where appropriate
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership

We specialize in getting roofs damaged by storms replaced through the customers homeowners insurance. The average savings we provided each customer last year was over $27,000 while earning over $3,000 in total commission for the sales reps.

You have:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Goal oriented. We want your drive and desire to excel
• Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction
• No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive hands on training is provided. Did we mention getting on a roof is optional?
• Prior customer service experience is encouraged
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a smartphone
