Our Peach Tree Dental office located in Jonesboro, LA, is searching for a responsible, determined Insurance Claims Specialist to join our supported dental office. 

Compensation will be based on experience.

Hours: Must have availability

Monday – Friday 7:50-5:00

Saturday Rotation - 8:00-1:00 Monroe

Job Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and supported dental office team members
• Great administrative, organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
• Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Dental experience a plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Submit insurance claims to companies.
• Post checks to patient accounts.
• Follow-up with insurance companies on unpaid claims.
• Submit treatment estimates to insurance companies.
