    Franklin Insurance Adjusters, a nationwide IA/TPA firm is growing and seeking an energizing individual.

    The Claims Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and leading the workflow of claims professionals reporting to a standalone satellite office within the organization. May have various regions to operate consisting of multiple units whose responsibility is to conduct efficient timely investigations and proper disposition of claims in accordance with corporate and/or client guidelines and handling state requirements.
    Is responsible to ensure that the corporate quality and standards are met. Handles and resolves escalated claim and personnel issues.
    Provides input that affect the area of responsibility. Reports as prescribed on department goals and achievements.
    Stays current with ever changing technology making recommendations when necessary for the better of the Claims Department.

    Requirements:
    • Must have current California Adjuster license
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Multi-line claim experience.
    • Ability to work remotely.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications.
    • Ability to create/maintain spreadsheets, charts and diagrams.
