Claims Supervisor jobs in Sioux Falls, SD

The Claims Services Supervisor will be responsible to supervise our claims services team to include coaching, training, and mentoring staff, resolving escalated issues, evaluating processes for efficiency opportunities, and ensuring excellence in customer servicing to both internal and external customers.

This position offers a hybrid work from home opportunity (work from home 1-2 days a week). The successful candidate must reside in the Sioux Falls, SD area.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Previous people management experience is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• High School GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
