Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish - Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations - Manage and monitor project schedules and budgets - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams - Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements - Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam, or similar tools - Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of construction personnel Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) - Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices - Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating - Experience using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam, or similar tools - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Valid driver's license We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
