Additionally, Clerical Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. The Clerical Support role is a hybrid eligible role, in our Bakersfield California location. This is one of our newer locations, great culture, and atmosphere and a casual dress environment. This is a great place to start your career with CIG.
Job Summary
Under direct supervision, provides clerical support to the claims department. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Customer service experience in an office setting preferred.
Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
Knowledge of software applications including MS Office, proficient in MS Excel highly desirable; Proficient with PC operating systems
Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, printers, copy machines, and mailing equipment.
Familiar with media applications and converting from one software to another.
Salary Range: $32,739-$50,239
