TITLE: Clerical Assistant
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Computer skills for word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
3. Required score on the TABE test.
4. Sufficient clerical skills for successful completion of the performance responsibilities listed below.
REPORTS TO: Principal
JOB GOAL: To assist in the preparation of clerical work at the school and to fill in as an instructional assistant when needed.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 190-day work agreement; CA10 salary scale. Salary and work year to be established by the district.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of classified personnel.
