Clerical Supervisor jobs in High Point, NC
Clerical Supervisor coordinates all clerical functions for various departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations. Oversees numerous office functions, including but not limited to clerical work, word processing, data maintenance, report filing, and telecommunications response. Being a Clerical Supervisor ensures compliance with established corporate standards. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Clerical Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Send welcome letter to customer and notify sales rep Monthly paper statements
Weekly email statements to select customers
Contact customers via email and phone for payment status and work out payment agreements
Special monitoring of large accounts and other accounts as required
Review of drop ship accounts and discrepancies
Weekly review of customers over their credit line
Daily review of shipments against credit line and AR balance
Daily review of payments made by credit hold customers to see if they can be taken off hold
Experience in the Credit and Collections field is required
Furniture experience is preferred
Must be able to use various computer programs Word, Excel, Outlook
