Position Summary: 

We are seeking a Shipping Clerical Admin to work in a support capacity for the distribution center, prioritizing safety and cleanliness.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage multiple customer accounts.
• Respond to a large volume of emails in a timely manner.
• Perform accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule trucks for pick up.
• Generate bills of lading and manifest documentation.
• Work closely with Shipping operatives.
• Navigate and familiarize with customer routing web portals.
• Work with third party vendors to obtain quotes
• Complete any other tasks that may be assigned

Education/License Requirements:
  Highschool Completion / GED or equivalent
  
General Experience Requirements:
  Previous warehouse experience preferred
