Client/Server Architect provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of client/server systems. Analyzes client/server requirements to ensure the system meets performance needs. Being a Client/Server Architect recommends technology purchases that will support and enhance the client/server system. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Client/Server Architect is familiar with relational databases and client-server concepts. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Client/Server Architect typically requires 7+ years of related experience. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent.     Seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our client’s dynamic team. Ideal candidates have a passion for design, a strong understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing, functional, and environmentally sustainable spaces.

    Responsibilities

    Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.

    Develop architectural plans, elevations, and detailed drawings using industry-standard software.

    Work closely with the project team to ensure design concepts align with client expectations and project goals.

    Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for design development.

    Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in design solutions.

    Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.

    Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

    Participate in project meetings and provide expertise on architectural matters.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

    Professional licensure as an Architect.

    Proven experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.

    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

    Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
