We are now looking for an experienced Solution / Enterprise Architect. In this position, you'll be collaborating closely with our customers (in addition to working with your team). As a Solution Architect at Nortal you have a software developer background and want to work as customer interface, understand our customer needs and provide them with entire architecture solutions and work alongside our developers to give them technical specifications.
Nortal offices are located in Helsinki, Turku, Oulu, Uusikaupunki and, Jyväskylä. This position can be worked from any of the previous, however, some of the projects might require you to work from the customer premises from time to time.
• Collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure that requirements are identified and addressed with innovative, best-in-class solutions• Combining in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge technologies with a solutions-oriented approach to effectively address business challenges• Working with engineering teams to refine requirements and provide accurate development plans and estimations• Producing architectural documentation which clearly and concisely articulates approach to multiple shareholders• Participation in quality assurance activities to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and follow best practices
• A strong knowledge of designing comprehensive solutions and architectures to address specific business needs in commercial environment• A strong knowledge of API's, development in various languages (.NET, C#) and cloud services (Azure, AWS) are essential for the role• A proven track record of learning new industries and successfully applying new technologies• Is used to working in a geographically spread multi-functional team applying agile methodologies and CI/CD concepts, IaC and DevOps• A clear communicator able to represent complex models to a wide variety of stakeholders• Native level Finnish and strong English skills are a must for this role• Experience from the automotive industry is seen as a big plus
