  • Job Overview:
    We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect/Engineer to join our team. As an Architect/Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

    Duties:
    - Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and specifications
    - Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
    - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
    - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
    - Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information
    - Prepare and present design proposals to clients for approval
    - Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
    - Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field
    - Proven experience as an Architect/Engineer, preferably in commercial or residential projects
    - Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
    - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
    - Excellent design skills with attention to detail
    - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
    - Experience in business development and client relationship management is a plus
    - Knowledge of construction management principles is desirable
    - Familiarity with interior design concepts is advantageous
    - Proficiency in 3ds Max, Sketchup, or other rendering software is a plus
